Panther Music Award

Panther Music Awards are offered to qualified, incoming students who are not music majors but wish to continue playing their instrument or spinning a flag in college. Recipients will maintain full-time student status and participate fully in the Panther Marching Band in order to renew the scholarship from year to year. To apply for a Panther Music Award, please complete the form below. As part of form, you will be asked to provide a musical resume where you list the ensembles you’ve played in and positions you’ve held. You should list all honor bands and leadership positions in you’ve held in your school (if applicable).

There is a limited amount of awards available, so not every student who applies will be awarded a Panther Music Award. Students will be selected by the strength of their band experience and personnel/instrumentation needs in the program.
